Living My Best Life Zipping Through The Sky

I’ve been into drones and aerial cinematography for a while now, and it’s something that’s definitely grown from a simple curiosity into a solid passion. It all started with a fascination for capturing the world from above, and before I knew it, I was teaching myself how to build and customize drones to fit whatever I needed. It was a fun challenge, and I just kept going with it.

There’s something about flying drones that changes the way you see things. Being able to film from the sky gives you a whole new perspective—shots you’d never get from the ground. I’ve captured some pretty memorable footage over the years, from sweeping landscapes to cool cityscapes. It’s always satisfying when everything lines up just right, and you get that perfect shot.

I’ve been working with a few drones like the DJI Mavic Pro2 and DJI Inspire, plus some custom-built FPV drones from Betaflight FPV and JohnnyFPV. Tinkering with the custom builds adds a bit of fun to the process too. And over time, what started as just a hobby turned into a few projects for hotels, companies, and studios, where I’ve been able to film for commercials and shoots.

Honestly, flying drones and capturing those unique angles has become a part of how I see the world. It’s a mix of exploration and creativity that I keep coming back to. Anyway, here are a few of my favorite shots from over the years—taken with my drones.
